Ordering With Us

 

Our webshop has been designed to compliment the events where we sell direct to the public, therefore the fulfilment of orders requires a little flexibility. We do our utmost to ensure orders are dispatched within 7-days.

        

To help with your planning, all orders received by a Saturday evening will be picked ready for our weekly dispatch on the Monday, we’ll send you an email confirmation so you know your order is allocated.

For orders being posted we have a flat rate of £4.99 for orders, with the exception of the weighted doorstops and wicker lanterns that have a flat rate of £5.99 due to the weight/size.
